Our social commitment has always been one of our hallmarks, being the Pardiñas Clinic Foundation its greatest expression. Today, what corresponds to all of us is an exercise of responsibility and contributing to the containment of the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Starting Monday, March 16, our facilities will be closed following the recommendations of the Health Authorities.
As far as possible, we want to contribute to the decongestion of public health centers by attending to dental emergencies that may arise. For this we will implement the following measures:
-From 9:00 a.m. on Monday, the 16th, we will enable WhatsApp phone numbers 981 214 000 and 656 860 768 so that you can contact us and we can advise you on the management of the problem you present.
-We will enable a telecare service by video call to help us confirm those processes that require it.
-As long as the health authorities allow it, we will set up a cabinet in our clinic to resolve emergencies that require your intervention.
The current priority for all of us is to respect and comply with the preventive measures that have been decreed in this state of alarm in which we live. Home confinement is of vital importance to prevent the spread of the virus, so the attention to possible emergencies will be something completely extraordinary and will involve prior verification of its urgency.
a) Only patients with extreme painful and / or infectious processes that cannot be treated with drugs will be treated and, after having been evaluated electronically by our team, their face-to-face intervention is considered strictly necessary.
b) Available physical barriers (masks, goggles and / or protection screens) have been shown to be ineffective against potential contagion, and especially when rotating instruments (turbine, contra-angle or handpiece) are used, thus The only face-to-face emergency treatments that can be performed will be abscess drainage and dental extractions.
c) The number of patients that can be attended each day will not exceed 5 under any circumstances, since it is the number of cabinets that we have in our clinic.
d) After the use of each cabinet, it will be closed for disinfection and cleaning, and it will wait an hour to attend to another patient in a different cabinet. Once the emergency services are completed, in addition to the usual cleaning and sterilization procedures, the clinic will be fully disinfected with total discharge aerosols that we have purchased for it.
The duration of this emergency service will be limited by what the competent health authorities dictate and the stock of materials that allow us to guarantee the highest levels of protection for our patients and our team of professionals.
We want to insist on the importance that we all follow the recommendations that we receive from the public institutions and thank everyone for their collaboration.
Let's be responsible.
