Dr. Simón Pardiñas López was a speaker at a European dental aesthetic congress held between 21 and 23 September in Zagreb, Croatia. The congress that this year was called "Heart of Esthetics" because Zagreb is known for being the city of a million hearts, had numerous renowned speakers from different parts of the world, although Dr Pardiñas López was the only representative of our country.
During his presentation, Dr. Pardiñas López spoke about bone regeneration with biomaterials and growth factors, as well as the aesthetic considerations to take into account when combined with dental implants in the anterior area.
In its 14th edition, this annual meeting of the European Society of Dental Aesthetics addressed topics on the latest advances in dental aesthetic, implantology, periodontics, prosthodontics and CAD/CAM technology. It was in the year 2003 when diverse professionals of the sector of the dental aesthetic joined forces and created this society, the European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry (ESCD). Dr. Simón Pardiñas also had the opportunity to share the congress with the fellows of the BTI Biotechnology Institute in the capital of Croatia.
