It’s official: Dr. Sim\u00f3n Pardi\u00f1as is the\u00a0new president of the Young Clinicians Committee (YCC) of the Academy of Osseointegration<\/strong>\u00a0(AO). The Galician dentist agreed to this position last July and he will be in charge of the YCC until 2025.<\/p>\n

The Academy of Osseointegration (AO<\/strong>) is a North American organization\u00a0dedicated to the training of professionals in implantology and oral surgery<\/strong>, always maintaining the highest quality standards. It also carries out research work on topics related to this matter. For more than 35 years, the AO has organized annual meetings and study groups where students and clinicians attend conferences given by the most relevant international professionals in their fields. More than 4,000 people from 70 different countries are currently members of this association, one of the most prestigious in the US.<\/p>\n

For its part, the\u00a0Young Clinicians Committee<\/a>\u00a0(YCC<\/strong>) is the department responsible for developing\u00a0programs, services and resources that add value to the youngest members of the AO<\/strong>.
