Interproximal caries are those that develop between the spaces between the teeth. One of the most common causes is the impaction of food between the teeth that, if it is not properly sanitized,\u00a0can cause the appearance of cavities in the neck of the tooth below the gum.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sometimes it is difficult to detect this aliment by the patient and are\u00a0usually foundin periodic check-ups at the dental clinic<\/strong>. Once located and evaluated if one or more teeth are affected, they are corrected with a filling.<\/p>\n

\"\" The overflowing dental filling is a problema generated by a bad filling (or amalgam)<\/strong>. A poorly performed dental filling (or amalgam) that overflows may be a major source of accumulation of food debris and plaque, which can cause cavities to re-create beneath the filling. In this case, the filling should be repeated eliminating the remains of cavities and leaving a correct contact point with the adjacent tooth.<\/p>\n
