The TMJ is in constant motion and\u00a0<strong>allows us to chew food, talk or yawn<\/strong>. Its functioning is so complex that it can bring\u00a0<strong>problems such as temporomandibular dysfunctions<\/strong>, which are\u00a0<strong>failures of connection<\/strong>\u00a0between the different parts of the joint.<\/p>\n<p>The main signs of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.clinicapardinas.com\/temporomandibular-dysfunction.html\">temporomandibular dysfunction<\/a>\u00a0are\u00a0<strong>the limitations to open the mouth or to move it and the articular noises<\/strong>. They can be caused by poor postural habits, fractures, surgeries, prolonged dental treatments, stress, bruxism, nail biting or dental alignment problems.<\/p>\n<p>The main consequence of temporomandibular problems is the\u00a0<strong>difficulty in eating and talking, the sensation of fatigue and pains<\/strong>\u00a0in the neck, eyes, mouth and ears.
